Announcement
of 2009 National Fundraising Campaign
In 2008, Nicole the Great, Queen Mother
of the Americas on behalf of the International Court System
and Judy Shepard of the Matthew Shepard Foundation, signed
an accord of friendship, cooperation and collaboration.
This year our Queen Mother proclaimed October 2009
to be Matthew Shepard Foundation Month.
The International Court Council is holding
fundraising events throughout their realms this year in
honor of Matthew Shepard. Our efforts will culminate during
the month of October and be presented to Judy Shepard
and the MSF on behalf of the ICS.

t is my tremendous pleasure to write you to express my heartfelt gratitude for the
extraordinary service and dedication that you and all the members of the Imperial Court System have demonstrated on behalf of the Matthew Shepard Foundation.
During this wonderful partnership, the Foundation staff and I have been profoundly
humbled by the passion, determination, and inspiration with which the Courts have
pursued their goal of raising funds, and raising awareness, on behalf of our mission to
Erase Hate.

| Fundraising Raffle
The International Court System and The Matthew Shepard Foundation are holding a drawing for some fabulous prizes. Tickets are available from any Heir Apparent in your area for a donation of $5 each or a book of 5 for $20. The Drawing will be held at the International Court Council Meeting in Las Vegas, December 5, 2009.

The Matthew Shepard Foundation was founded by Dennis
and Judy Shepard in memory of their 21-year old
son, Matthew, who was murdered in an anti-gay hate
crime in Wyoming in October 1998.
Created
to honor Matthew in a manner that was appropriate
to his dreams, beliefs and aspirations, the Foundation
seeks to "Replace Hate with Understanding,
Compassion & Acceptance" through its
varied educational, outreach and advocacy programs
and by continuing to tell Matthew's story.
