Proclamation: The Imperial Star Empire, Inc Note: Signed
copies on file with ICC Secretary Let it be known that effective immediately. the Imperial Star Empire, Inc. (also known as the Imperial Court of Alameda & Contra Costa Counties) will cease to be recognized by the International Court Council and its chapters of the International Court System. Over the last eight years this organization has slowly lost its integrity, trust and goodwill from the communities they serve due to the continued mismanagement of corporate assets, embezzlement of funds that was raised for charity and the continual infighting that has torn the court apart. We as stewards of the International Court System and of the integrity that our organization and chapters have built over the last forty years, cannot sit idly by and allow the continued fiscal abuses to continue within ISE, Inc. that has brought discredit and embarrassment to the entire Court system. The International Court Council, and its chapters, can no longer look the other way and allow any of its member chapters who do not practice strong fiscal controls and proper record keeping of all aspects of its organization. Therefore, we proclaim that no member of the International Court System is to recognize or acknowledge the Imperial Star Empire, Inc. or the Imperial Court of Alameda & Contra Costa Counties at any court function sponsored by a member chapter of the ICS as a bona fide court. Former elected or permanent titleholders of said organization may only walk as visiting dignitaries but not during the visiting court walks. We set our hand and seal
