Empress VII The United Court of Austin
Empress XXI The Royal Sovereign Imperial Court Of the Texas Riviera Empire
College of Monarchs Member The Royal Sovereign Imperial Court Of the Alamo Empire

Also known as Adrian Ramirez (no relation to Nicole Murray Ramirez), I co-own a small oil and gas business in Seguin, Texas. My job has given me the opportunity to travel, grow as a professional and an individual. My partner and I have been together for seven years, and have lived in different parts of Texas.

I started as an entertainer in 1992 in Greensboro, North Carolina. What started off as a dare eventually turned into something more. I started doing shows and competing in pageants as a way to help pay for some of my college expenses.

In 1996 I moved to Austin, Texas where I learned about the International Court System. I thought to myself, what an excellent way to give back to the community for supporting me as I had developed myself as an entertainer in my earlier college days. I learned about the court and was elected as Empress VII in 1999. Throughout my time in Austin I served as an officer for 4 years in the positions of Secretary and President.

In about 2007, my partner and I moved to Corpus Christi, Texas to be closer to our jobs and closer to family. We quickly got involved with the Royal Sovereign Court of the Texas Riviera Empire. In 2009, I was elected and served as Empress XXI and later served as Secretary to the Board of Directors.

In 2010, the oil exploration business started to pick up around the San Antonio area. Our client relocated their office from Corpus Christi to San Antonio. We all packed up again and moved to Seguin, Texas to be closer to our client and our contract area. Since our move I have continued to be active by participating and currently serving as treasurer to the Royal Sovereign Imperial Court of the Alamo Empire. I am honored to have to served in Parliament for the last 5 years in Corpus and San Antonio.

I enjoy being an entertainer, raising money, and serving the community. I split my time between the courts of Waco (as Queen Mother), Austin, Corpus Christi, and San Antonio. I do this because I believe in what the Court does and believe that we are making a difference in our communities. Texas is a very unified state, where we support each other's fundraising efforts, making the transition from Austin to Corpus Christi, and from Corpus Christi to San Antonio easy and continuous.

My experience has given me the opportunity to experience different sizes of courts, people from different backgrounds, and experience the different ways of doing things.

Sure, I may participate and share my time with 4 courts, but the most important thing for anyone to remember is the experience I bring to the table. I'm pretty much an open book willing to share ideas and learn new things. I am honored to have been elected to the position of Executive Secretary, and I look forward to working and getting to know each of you. If you see me out on the circuit, don't be afraid to come over and say hi.

In Service,
Bebe Hughes Bouvier
