Heir Apparent to Empress Nicole the Great Council Member Empress Donna Dumae Dallas, Tx H-214-946-2343 C- 214 458-6468 Email - dumae11@swbell.net 417 S, Clinton Ave, Dallas, Tx 75208 In January 1984 Donna Dumae (Don Jenkikns) was "born" out a dare at the Imperial Court de Fort Worth/Arlington's "Closet Ball". From that point forward Donna has worked for over 25 years raising money for charity origanizations and volunteering in the community. Donna became Empress XI of the Imperial Court de Ft. Worth/Arlington in 1989. Three years later she moved to Dallas and in 1998 she became Empress XXIII of the United Court of the Lone Star Empire of Dallas, Tx.. Since stepping down as Empress XXIII, Donna has held various positions on the Board of Directors, including Secretary and Treasurer, and 5 terms as President which she currently holds. In addition, Donna is the President-Elect of the Board of Directors. In 2009 Donna was elected AM to Empress Nicole's Parliament and in 2010 was elected PM to Empress Nicole's Parliament. In September of this year Donna was named "Grand Marshal of the Texas Gay Rodeo Association in Dallas.
