The Jewel Encrusted 30 Anniversary Entertainment Empress of Loyalty, Remembrance, and Results comes from Reno Nevada. She has been involved in Reno's Silver Dollar Court for 20 plus years. She has proven to be one of the top fundraisers and one of the hardest workers for her community. She has served in many different capacities for the organization including being on the board of directors for 15 years, as well as Vice President for a number years. She has held the title of Miss Gay Reno and currently owns and produces the pageant, which benefits The Silver Dollar Court Scholarship Fund. The event has proven to be one of Reno's most profitable fundraisers in the history of the organization, raising over 20,000 in one evening.

Felicia is also a member of The International Gay Rodeo and served as Vice President of the Reno Chapter, the HSRA, for 2 years. The International Gay Rodeo Finals held in Reno in past years have proven to be very successful. Miss Halston is proud to be the producer of that International event.

Felicia has performed in almost every city, hence the title "Entertainment Empress". She arrives early to the out of town functions to lend a helping hand. She believes we are all family and there are no small titles. Everyone is equal.
