Scott has been involved in the International Court System for almost 30 years. His service started as elected Crown Prince 15 of Eugene Oregon and later a Member of their Privy Council and following his move to Portland continued as a Board Member (holding almost every Board office or position at one time or another) and finally serving as Rose Emperor 36. He was also honored to serve as Czar and Principal Minister to Queen Mother of the Americas Nicole the Great for an extended period prior to being named to the Council as an Heir.
Scott has an equally long record of non-court community involvement with two terms as Chair of the City of Eugene Human Rights Commission, two term Chair of the METRO Citizen Involvement Commission, two terms as a Commissioner on the State of Oregon Civil Rights and Affirmative Action Commission and many other Boards and Committees. He currently serves as a Director of his Neighborhood Association, four time Chair of a Regional Grant Review Committee for the Oregon Community Foundation and as a Member of the City of Portland Streetcar Advisory Committee in addition to his other activities. Scott is employed as a Project Manager and attended International Court Council meetings for three years prior to his appointment.
Scott is honored to be named to the Council as an Heir and looks forward to hearing from, and working with, the members of our communities.
