Tony Monteleone is first born from Italian immigrants that settled in Bronx, NY. He has served in the NYC GLBT community for over thirty years. Tony has been involved which various organizations since the early 1980’s. Tony was a member of the first gay youth group in New York City, and has volunteered for the first organization in the country that provided various types of assistance to persons living with HIV/AIDS. He has also been a volunteer of the GLBT Community Center in NYC for many years.
Tony has over twenty years’ of experience in marketing, advertising business and fundraising. As well as a deep, longstanding commitment to philanthropic work that benefits the GLBT community and others. Tony is currently the National Account Executive of TWICE, the leader publication in the Consumer Electronics arena. Prior to this he was a Senior Account Manager at RADAR. Tony was the Advertising Manager at Time Out New York for over 11 years and has also worked for NEXT and HX, both magazines in the NYC Gay Community. He has a great awareness and understanding of branding and how to influence awareness in the marketplace.
Tony has had the honor of being Emperor XVIII and XVI of the Imperial Court of New York. He has been able to meet with many organizations in the NYC community to bring about awareness of the Imperial Court. Tony has had the pleasure of serving on the ICNY Board of Directors, and as Vice President. He has also continued to have strong corporate relationships with Absolut, Miller Coors, Bio Script and many other corporations.
As an active member, Tony continues to work on a variety of court project sand represents the Court system at numerous out of town coronations and functions. Tony has had the privilege to hold the title of Deputy Prime Minister of Parliament for the ICS. Tony has a deep, longstanding commitment to philanthropic work that benefits the LGBT community in NYC and around North America.
