Empress
III Dawn Valley-Parkway Dawn Valleyattended the first meeting
of the Committee to establish the Imperial Court of Toronto
in 1986. Unimaginable at that time that he was to become
the third empress of Toronto. After a grooming year as ICPrincess
Dawn went on to be crowned in December of 1989. Gaining
experience , guidence and tremendous support the year was
a great sucess. Acomplishments ranging from a Tribute in
The National Archives in the Nations Capital , Newspaper
coverage on Pride Day 1990, Great F.U.N. Friendship, Unity
and ,Nonsense ensued with a wild variety of functions to
raise much needed funds . In travels , rarely returned from
an Out of town Coronation without a plaque of recognition
and was given numerouse half Empress title across Canada
and the U.S.Always moved by the generosity of audiences
and community supporters, Dawn's Empress tears even became
a spontaneous item for auction; thus the jeweled tissue
box carried at Imperial functions . After many years of
constant involvment and attendance at community events a
much needed respice took place. More recently Dawn has become
re-involved ,appearing in Drag at the patio show and a command
performance at Toronto's Cornation Ball. At present Dawn
is Honored to be named an Heir to Queen Mother of the America's
