Golden
Dragon Empress XXXIII LalaToo of San Diego, a.k.a.
Mike Zarbo, has been involved in the Court and LGBT
Community since 1992. Lala is co-chair of San
Diego’s College of Monarchs and helps chair
the annual Children’s Easter Egg Hunt, the Tijuana
Party, the GLBT Community Tribute, and performing
locally to help raise money for charity. Lala
can also be found at a Coronation somewhere near you…
lounging by the pool, sipping Merlot, or helping MC
a show. Lala is honored to be an Heir and looks
forward to playing an active role in the Renaissance
Decade of the International Court system.
